This site is operated by John Byars, a licensed California real estate agent (DRE# 02446063) serving Marin County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains what happens to information you submit here.
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number if you provide one, the property address and details you share on a valuation request, your search timeframe and area of interest, and any message you write. The site also records basic technical data such as which pages were viewed, in order to keep the site working.
To respond to you, prepare the material you requested (a valuation read, a guide, a market snapshot, a showing), and follow up about your transaction. If you check the consent box on a form, that permission covers contact by phone, text, or email about your inquiry.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to lead-generation companies, other agents, or advertisers. There is no lead resale on this site, and there are no automated blast campaigns.
Information submitted through this site is stored on hosted infrastructure and, for valuation requests, property details are sent to an AI model provider solely to draft your preliminary report. These providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying or selling a home. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email me and I'll remove you immediately.
You can ask me at any time to see what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale — noting that I do not sell personal information.
This site uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site and, where applicable, an authenticated admin session to function. It does not run third-party advertising trackers.
