John is great! He inspected our new home. He is very thorough and produces an amazing report with photos and text that captures the things he inspected and clearly identifies areas for action.
John was incredibly thorough, patiently answered all of my questions, and helpfully discussed his findings as the inspection progressed. His report is clear, easy to read, and has lots of photos to back up the report. I highly recommend him for all of your home inspection needs.
Our listing went on the market and we needed an inspection report for disclosures. Since we got offers so quickly, we called Sequoia and they did a fantastic inspection, and sent us the report the next morning so we could share with buyers. These guys are great!
